Wat ga je doen?
Als Technisch Support Specialist bij Nedap Healthcare ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor applicatiebeheerders bij zorgorganisaties. Je werkt binnen het supportteam en fungeert als schakel tussen klanten en ontwikkelaars. Je taken omvatten:
- Ondersteunen van applicatiebeheerders bij inhoudelijke en technische vragen over de Ons Suite via tickets of telefoon.
- Doorvragen om de achterliggende behoefte van klanten te begrijpen en onderzoeken hoe de software aansluit op hun werkproces.
- Vertalen van klantbehoeften naar duidelijke input voor ontwikkelaars.
- Samenwerken met collega's, ontwikkelaars en softwareleveranciers aan passende oplossingen.
- Afspreken en bewaken van vervolgacties en klanten op de hoogte houden van de voortgang.
- Initiatief nemen om applicaties, kennis en werkwijzen te verbeteren.
Wie zoeken we?
We zijn op zoek naar een Technisch Support Specialist die:
- Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding of hoger heeft.
- De Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed beheerst.
- Kennis heeft van het werk van planners in de zorg of ervaring met technische integraties en datakoppelingen (pré, geen vereiste).
- Affiniteit heeft met de zorg (pré, geen vereiste).
- 32-38 uur per week beschikbaar is.
- Minimaal twee keer per week op de campus in Groenlo aanwezig kan zijn.

Your responsibilities
Ensure learning is smartly organized, scalable, and sustainable, aligned with strategic goals and day-to-day reality.
Develop and implement tailor-made programs within, among others, our Leadership Academy and Tech Academy, including social and on-the-job learning interventions such as communities of practice and performance support tools.
Further develop our learning ecosystem, focusing on scalability, AI integration, skills-based learning, and employee ownership.
Act as a connector between business, HR Business Partners, and external partners to continuously improve development solutions.
Initiate and lead improvement initiatives in the continuous development of our expertise team.
Your team
You will be part of Nedap’s enthusiastic HR team and report directly to the HR Director. Together with a Learning Consultant and a Support Officer, you will further develop Learning & Development within the organization. As a senior, you are also expected to take on a mentoring role.

You bring
A completed master’s degree, with a strong foundation in change management, organizational sciences, or behavioral sciences.
At least 7 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or HR Business Partnership, preferably within a tech- or knowledge-intensive environment.
Proven consultancy skills, gained in both internal and external advisory roles.
Experience in developing learning strategies and architectures.
A tech-savvy mindset and knowledge of Learning & HR Technology.
Nice-to-haves (not mandatory): experience as a facilitator, and knowledge of change management, behavioral psychology, or systemic approaches.
